Build a basic web app that connects to Nigeria's major bank APIs (GTBank, First Bank, Zenith) and aggregates balance + recent transactions into one read-only dashboard; use Plaid as fallback. 3. Layer on invoicing: simple templates tied to each business's bank account, email sending, and basic payment link generation (Flutterwave or Paystack integration). 4. Add a simple ledger view: auto-categorize transactions and show monthly profit/loss so owners can see their cash position without a spreadsheet. 5. Go to market directly: partner with business groups (NACCIMA chapters, Twitter SME communities), offer 3-month free trial, collect weekly feedback and expand features based on what makes owners stay.
