Taken from the company's own careers page. We name a company beside pay only when the company published that pay itself.
Taken from a published compensation or industry report, converted into one comparable monthly figure.
Taken from a published article or newsletter. Only the pay detail is kept; the surrounding context is dropped.
An anonymous submission. Cleaned, classified and sanity-checked, but not individually verified.
Kampe publishes the numbers, not the people. A company is named beside pay only when the company published that pay itself. A figure drawn from members' own accounts is only ever shown as an average of at least 5 people, because an average of two is one subtraction away from being one person's salary.
